REQUIREMENTS FOR PETS TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PET TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ARE: 

• A FIT TO FLY LETTER TO BE ISSUED FROM YOUR VET WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF EXPORT

 

• REGISTER WITH A VET WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL

We can book a flight normally with a week's notice.

 

Please note- there may be a customs clearance charge on arrival, and with some destinations an overnight stop for your cat or dog may be required- pet transfers take a bit longer than people transfers

 

Also, some states may have specific requirements depending on location.  E.g. Hawaii requires import and export permits.  Please contact us for further details.
